I am a qualified counsellor based in the UK, dedicated to supporting individuals through their toughest times. My approach is person-centred and empathic, ensuring that every client feels heard and understood. I'm based in Solihull in the UK for face-to-face sessions and walking therapy, but also work online.

Walking therapy is still counselling, but it takes place outside while walking. It appeals to people who like being outside and prefer to walk-and-talk.
